Verizon Cloud is widely appreciated as a helpful tool for users who want to easily back up and store their photos and files. Customers find it convenient for ensuring the safety of their personal information. College students, in particular, benefit from this program as it offers additional storage for their academic needs.

Users highly value Verizon Cloud's ability to quickly find and access documents, allowing them to work efficiently across devices. Individuals who frequently take photos for online sales have found it invaluable for restoring accidentally deleted images and freeing up phone storage. In addition, users appreciate the seamless backup of files and contacts from their phones, safeguarding important data. They also enjoy being able to retrieve call logs and text message chains, avoiding the risk of losing crucial communication records.

Verizon Cloud facilitates secure transfer of documents, photos, and files between computers and smartphones, creating a reliable and convenient environment. Users appreciate the convenience of storing their information in the cloud, reducing reliance on physical hard drives. This functionality proves particularly helpful when accessing important documents across multiple platforms. Additionally, users highly value Verizon Cloud's free service for preserving important items and ensuring data safety. IT professionals also rely on this software extensively for storing various files and managing vital contacts.

Convenient and User-Friendly: Many users have praised Verizon Cloud for its convenience and user-friendly interface. They appreciate the simple process of storing information and find it easy to set up and use. Some users even disabled the app initially due to concerns about memory consumption but later enabled it again, realizing its benefits in resolving their storage issue.

Cost-Effective and More Storage: Several reviewers have highlighted the cost-effectiveness of Verizon Cloud compared to other similar software. They feel that it provides more storage without being too costly, making it a great choice for backing up data. The free 5 GB of space offered by Verizon Cloud is particularly appreciated by users who find it useful for backing up contacts.

Seamless Syncing and Easy Access: Users love that Verizon Cloud seamlessly syncs between devices and provides easy access to data from anywhere. This feature allows them to store and access information from their computer, phone, and tablet in the cloud. The automatic backup feature also ensures that data is available from anywhere while keeping it safe in case of phone loss or theft.

High Pricing: Several users have expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing of the cloud services, stating that it is more expensive than Google's offerings while providing less storage space. Some reviewers have felt that the product does not offer a good value for its price.

Limited Storage Space: Many reviewers have mentioned that they are disappointed with the limited amount of free storage space provided by the product. Some users feel that their data quickly fills up the 5GB limit, and they would prefer a higher allowance.

Lack of Transferability: Users have found it inconvenient that the cloud storage is not transferable to another cloud or downloadable to other devices. This limitation restricts their ability to access and manage their data as desired, which some customers find frustrating.

It is being used by several users in our IT department. We use it to store various files we need to preserve as well as contacts we need to keep up with.
  • Auto-Sync of files or contacts to the cloud that are chosen to be auto-synced.
  • Has the ability to turn off auto-sync and allow only manual sync.
  • Stores files and contacts in the cloud for later recovery in case of a data loss.
  • The "free" version has a very storage amount as opposed to its competitors.
  • Sync may stop during an important time if a WiFi connection is lost.
  • To me it is a bit pricey to go above their small free storage offering.
It is good for backing up contacts, documents, photos, and files. It is not great due to the small amount of allowed free storage and you don't want to use it to backup anything too large as it would become expensive and use a lot of data if using a Verizon data connection.

  • It is a fairly good thing to have to keep small items stored on in case of a disaster.
  • It is too costly to store large items on.
  • If you are already a Verizon subscriber you would think they would give you more storage than competing cloud storage providers will give you for free just for signing up.
All of the others provide more free storage. Verizon should out best or at least equal the best when you are already a Verizon data subscriber. It seems that by not doing this that they want to "nickle-and-dime" their already loyal customer base.
